Terms & Conditions:

Acceptance of a quote and payment of non-refundable deposit serves as an acceptance of all policies, terms and conditions and indemnities

  • No Golf Tours or Bachelor Parties allowed.
     

  • Guests are accountable for any damages or breakages (including burnt pots, dish cloths, oven gloves, kitchen utensils, mats, blankets).

  • Extra cleaning charges may apply for heavily soiled linens, towels, and furnishings.
     

  • Full payment is required before check-in. Acceptance of a quote means acceptance of all terms and conditions.

  • Guests must ensure the booking dates are correct.
    Early arrivals cannot always be accommodated, and no compensation will be provided for guests  arriving on incorrect dates.
     

  • Admission rights are reserved.
     

  • Rates are per person per night, not per cottage, with additional charges for extra guests and dogs.

  • Guests are responsible for their dogs.

If more than one special offer applies for the same period the larger discount amount will be applied to the booking.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking, with the balance payable 10 days prior to check-in.

If booking far in advance, please pay only the deposit and the balance when requested. Monthly payments are not accepted, and additional administrative fees will be charged for each extra payment in such cases.

for availability or to make a booking.

 

I am not always in the office, often being busy on the farm or with family responsibilities, rest assured I will get back to you as soon as possible.

The office is closed over weekends.
