2024 Rates

 

Per Person/Night:

​

  • Adults (13+): R 725

  • Kids (0–2): No charge

  • Kids (2–12): R 410

  • Dogs: R 65 

 

Minimum per Cottage/Night:

  • R 1,600 per night

 

Special Minimums:

  • Long Weekend: R 8,700 per cottage

  • Christmas: R 14,500 per cottage​

 

Minimum Stays: 2 nights​

  • Long Weekends: 3 nights

  • Christmas: 5 nights

  • Mid-Term Breaks: 3 nights

 

Maximum Stays:

  • January to November: 11 nights

  • December: 7 nights

Optional Extras:

  • Fishing: R 200 per person
    (bring own gear, keep 1 fish)

  • Maid Service: Minimum R 100 per service

  • Wood: R 60 per 35 kg bag

 

Regret no Saturday check in or check out

Payment and Refund Policy:
 

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of accepting the quote.
     

  • The balance is payable 10 days prior to check-in.
     

  • For bookings made less than 10 days prior to check-in, the full amount is due immediately.

  • No check-in is permitted without payment in full.

  • If you are booking far in advance, kindly assist us by ONLY paying the deposit and paying the balance when requested.

  • We do not accept the monthly "paying off" of bookings. Additional admin fees will be levied for each additional payment in this instance.

  • No refunds are provided. Should any refunds be due, a credit voucher valid for a minimum of 6 months will be issued. Please refer to the terms & conditions on our website for more details.
