Where Privacy is Part of the Plan

Private, dog-friendly self-catering cottages where space, privacy and nature come together.

Highland Giants Estate comprises five individual cottages, each offering its own private space and

outdoor living within a working cattle and game farm in the Dullstroom highlands.

Each cottage has its own setting, with a different relationship to the wider farm, its waters and surrounding landscape.

Across the Estate, staying guests can explore open countryside, waters and walking routes at their own pace. With no day visitors, staying guests enjoy the farm's quiet, unhurried character.

Dogs Belong at Highland Giants

Dogs have long been welcomed as part of the family and travelling group. Each cottage has a private fenced garden or outdoor area, giving guests and their dogs space to enjoy time outdoors together.

Fencing and suitability vary between cottages, while access across the wider farm depends on responsible supervision and effective control. We help guests choose the cottage that best suits their dogs.
